Bootstrap
📇 Prospects

A founder's CRM that thinks for itself

Every prospect you've ever found via outreach lives here. Funnel stages advance automatically as you send invites, get accepts, and start conversations. AI suggests the next best action for every contact — based on your product, their stage, and your last touch.

What it does

A CRM that does what a CRM should — and nothing more

No deal pipeline objects. No custom property soup. No "Talk to sales for Enterprise." Just every prospect, their stage, what to do next.

🔄

Auto-sync from outreach

Every contact you push through Bootstrap Outreach lands here automatically. Status advances as they accept the invite (→ Connected) or you send a DM that succeeds (→ Replied path).

AI next-action suggestions

For every contact, AI suggests one concrete next move based on funnel stage, their title, your product brief. Generate one-by-one or batch 30 at a time.

🗂️

7-stage funnel

Lead → Contacted → Connected → Replied → Meeting → Customer → Lost. Auto-advance never goes backwards. Manual override for replied/meeting/customer/lost is one click.

🔍

Real search, real filters

Search by name, company, title, or email. Filter by status. No CRM-jargon "views" you have to configure. The thing you want is one input away.

How it works

Zero setup. Your CRM populates itself.

Run outreach

Push a sequence in Bootstrap Outreach. Every contact you pushed lands in the CRM at status="Contacted".

Let funnel auto-advance

Day-3 DM succeeded → contact moves to "Connected". You mark a reply manually → moves to "Replied". Same for Meeting / Customer.

Ask AI what's next

One click on "✨ Generate" → AI writes a one-line next-action suggestion for that contact, grounded in your product + their stage.

vs HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio

Built for a founder doing sales alone

0-config funnel

HubSpot wants 45 minutes to configure deal stages. Bootstrap uses the universal 7-stage funnel out of the box. Override anything inline.

🧠

AI built-in, not a $30/mo add-on

HubSpot's AI assistant is $30/seat/mo extra. Pipedrive's is $15. Bootstrap's AI suggestions are bundled into the Pro plan — same $29.

📨

Outreach is built-in, not a separate tab

Your CRM and your sequences talk to each other natively. No Zapier. No "marketing-sales handoff." Same project, same data.

Your CRM, written by a founder for founders

Free tier includes 500 contacts + 30 AI suggestions / month. Enough to run a real outbound motion for a quarter without paying anything.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Is this a replacement for HubSpot / Pipedrive?

For solo founders and 2–3 person teams — yes. For 20+ person sales orgs — no. We don't have territories, deal probabilities, complex reporting, custom objects. We have a list of people, their stage, and what to do next. That's enough for most founder-led sales.

How are AI suggestions generated?

Claude 4.5 Sonnet, with your product brief + the contact's title/company/stage as context. Stage-aware: a "Lead" gets an initial outreach idea, a "Replied" gets a concrete ask (book demo, send case study). ≤120 chars, plain text, actionable.

Can I add contacts manually (not from outreach)?

Yes — there's a "+ Add contact" button. Fill in any combination of name/title/company/linkedin_url/email/notes. Dedup is by linkedin_url → email → apollo_id.

Can I export everything?

CSV export is on the roadmap (mid-2026). For now, you can pull contacts via the API (it's the same one we use internally). Email us if you need it sooner.

What happens when a customer churns?

Move them manually to "Lost" — auto-advance never goes backwards. The AI then suggests re-engagement angles (different product, different feature, win-back).
