Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bootstrap (the "Service"), an App Store Optimization toolkit available at bootstrap-growth.com. The Service is operated by Pokidov Dmitrii, registered as an individual entrepreneur (Empresário em Nome Individual) in Lisbon, Portugal, NIF 317488260 (the "Operator", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Bootstrap provides software tools that help mobile-app developers research keywords, analyze competitors, and generate App Store / Google Play screenshot concepts using third-party AI models. The Service is delivered as a web application; no software is installed on your device.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: a full refund of the most recent payment is available within 7 days of the charge, but only if no paid feature (keyword research or AI screenshot generation) has been used in the current billing period. Mandatory refunds (duplicate charges, downtime, unauthorized payments) are always honored. EU/UK consumers retain their statutory withdrawal rights as described in the Refund Policy.

The Service uses third-party AI models (currently Anthropic Claude). AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before publishing it on the App Store, Google Play, or any other channel. We do not guarantee that AI output will improve any specific keyword ranking, conversion rate, or business outcome.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or temporarily suspend the Service. Critical changes will be announced in advance when feasible.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. Upon termination, your access ends and your workspace data is deleted within 30 days (see Privacy Policy).

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Paddle for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence (for EU consumers). EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
